JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Desired Shift Start time / End Time: Day shift
. Case Mix: Cases will mainly be orthopedics, spine, GI, pediatric, ophthalmology, and urology, No OB
. Credentialing Time: As quick as possible
. Schedule (5-8hr, 4-10hr, 3-12hr, or flexible): Currently around 6-8 per day on average
. Call Required: Weekday, Weekend, or both.

PRACTICE SETTING
CARE TEAM
. # Of MDs in group: 1
. # Of CRNAs in group: 3
. MD to CRNA ratio at facility: Mainly CRNAs working the facilities. CRNA’s work independently. MD is there at times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
.Life support certifications required: (ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS)
. Regional blocks required:(Mainly): Ultrasound guided supraclavicular, interscalene, femoral, adductor, and popliteal
. Case types CRNA is required to have proficiency with: Cases will mainly be orthopedics, spine, GI, pediatric, ophthalmology, and urology.
