- Seeking Experienced Anesthesiologist in Fort Walton Beach, FL
- Providers need to have 2 years recent on the job experience
- Credentialing Time Frame: 120 days
- Types of cases: Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry
- EMR: Meditech
- Care Team Model: 22 CRNA; 8 MD
- Shifts: Monday - Friday 6a-3p weekend and call optional
Submission Requirements
Must have FL license
Must be Board Certified
Must have clean file and background
Must be Board Certified
