-Providers must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned
-Most providers work 8- or 10-hour shifts, but open to 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts
-Later shifts (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts are available
-40-hour guarantee is an option
-No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
-Limited pediatric cases, but mostly standard procedures
-36-46 total cases per day between the two locations; 15-20 cases per site
-Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
-CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements
-Candidates must have a clean background with no license actions
