-CRNA’s take 1:5 weekday call and 1:7 weekend/holiday call. Cases are not scheduled afterhours or on weekends unless emergent. They have a lot of autonomy, are well-respected, work as a team.
· Will the provider be rotating to any ancillary worksites? No, sole location

· Desired start date? ASAP – once credentialing is complete

· Hospital Privileges / Credentialing (Length to Process, Committee Meeting, Other)? 90 days for credentialing.

Schedule: Monday – Friday? but open to someone who wants to do four 10’s instead

· Typical Surgical hours: CRNA’s typically work 6:30am – 3pm

· How many CRNAs? 8 CRNA’s but 7.0 FTEs (2 CRNA’s share 1.0 FTE) Searching for another 1.5 FTEs

· Care Team Model or MDA only? Care team (are there any times that our provider will run their own room?All CRNA model

· What types of cases/surgical specialties for peds?Mainly ENT– healthy kiddos

· What types of cases/surgical specialties for adults? ENT, Ortho, OB/GYN, general surgery, vascular surgery, eyes, urology. NO HEAD or HEART.

· Trauma services provided?
· Patients/cases per day? On average – 2 to 4 general surgery/ ortho/ vascular/ ob/gyn
