Weekly availability
Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts per week – 3 12s and would like Saturdays and Sundays too if they can work weekends
ACLS & BLS Certifications MUST BE VALID and COMPLETED THROUGH THE AHA** * Please provide 2 full references or contact info for 2 references with submittal* *Must have COVID & Flu Vaccine*
EMR: Epic
Cases you will not be doing include: open heart/thoracic, peds, obstetrics, and performing peripheral nerve blocks
Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 30 days
**NO LOCALS, Must live 50 miles from the facility**
