SHIFT DESCRIPTION:
- Shifts: M- F, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour days)

Call Requirements:
First Call: 1 in 10 (30-minute response)
Second Call: 1 in 10 (beeper)
OB Call: 3x per week
Weekend Call: 24-hour coverage, part of rotating cadence

Total Coverage: Scheduled + On-Call

PRATICE SETTING:
Facility: Small rural hospital

Environment: CRNAs work independently with 24/7 supervision and support

Support Staff: Anesthesiologists, OR, Pre-/Post-Op teams

Charting System: Allscripts (preferred)

CASE LOAD:
Daily Volume: 5–6 starts/day

Case Types: Bread & butter; No trauma, heads, or hearts

OB Cases: High volume – must be proficient in epidurals

Pediatric Cases: ENT cases only, ages 3–5

Patient Mix:
75–85% Adults
10–20% OB
3% Adolescents
2% Pediatric ENT

REQUIREMENTS:

-Licensure: Active Ohio license

- Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions allowed)

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)
