Locum - CRNA - Anesthesiology - CRNA
PROVIDER MUST BE WILLING TO CROSS CREDENTIAL
Average time to credential: 90 days
Shift length: 8 hours (7a-3:30p) (includes 30 minute lunch)
Shift days: Monday - Friday
Minimum # of shifts per month: 20
No call; No weekends
Type of Cases: General, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, PEDS, Foot & Ankle, Spine, Gastroenterology, Pain Management
Majority Case Type: General, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, PEDS, Foot & Ankle, Spine, Gastroenterology, Pain Management
Care Team Model: 4 CRNA : 1-2 MD
Submission Requirements
- Must have active FL license at the time of submission
- Must be BC
- ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Certification Requirements
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- PALS
State License Requirements
- Florida
Additional License Requirements
- NBCRNA
