Envision model: covers 9 sites of service (6 ORs including Trauma, 2 Endo, 1 Cath/Neuro/IR, covered on a daily basis by 3-4 Physicians and 9 APPs. - 9 sites until 3pm - 4 sites until 5pm - 2 sites until 7pm
