Locum - Physician - Anesthesiologist
- Seeking Experienced Anesthesiologist in Gainesville, FL
- Providers need to have 2 years recent on the job experience
- Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
- Provider must be willing to be Cross-Credentialed
- Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac done by cardiac MD team
- EMR: Meditech
- Care Team Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD
- Shifts: Monday - Friday either five 8 or or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; Weekends and call optional
Submission Requirements
Must have FL license
Must be Board Certified
Must have clean file and background
