AVERAGE PAIN MANAGEMENT CASES PER DAY: 0

SUPERVISION:

Physician will practice independently and supervise CRNAs in a care team model.

Not responsible for preparing the anesthesia cart.

OR STAFF: Collegial team of RNs, surgical techs, PCAs, surgeons, proceduralists, APPs

TRAVEL & REIMBURSEMENT:

Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Rental car, hotel, and flight reimbursed per facility policy

Travel policy: Standard facility policy; no additional preferences or caps

BOARD CERTIFICATION: Pediatric Anesthesiology [REQUIRED]

CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS, PALS [REQUIRED]

PROCEDURES REQUIRED:

General Surgical Cases – Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult

Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart)

Complex Orthopedic Cases

Neurosurgical Cases

Ventilation Management

PREFERRED PROCEDURES:

Pediatric anesthesia services to all subspecialties except cardiac and transplant surgery

Insertion of arterial lines

Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

LICENSE: Active Ohio License [Highly Preferred]

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Self-query NPDB within the month at time of presentation

Must meet all rate requirements
