JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Open to full-time (80 hours per pay period) or part-time (48 hours per pay period) providers
. Shift as assigned (to be discussed at interview)
.Level III trauma
. The CRNA practices independently according to his/her expertise, Oregon State statutes/regulations and the health district’s policies.
. Team: Physicians and CRNAs
. CRNAs practice 100% independently
. Solid, experienced collaborative group
. 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, nearby ASC
. Cases: Everything but heads and hearts, healthy peds only
. Procedures include all types of blocks
. Paid call, shared equitably, post-call day off. Weekends are shared.
. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. . Relocation may be required.
. Not accepting new graduate candidates - 1+ year of experience required
. Not accepting Locums candidates

. Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
. Oregon license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
. 1+ year of employment experience as CRNA - REQUIRED
. Is the provider interested in full-time or part-time employment? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
. Does the provider have ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point? - REQUIRED
