What You'll Experience:

• Diverse Case Mix: Manage cases across Level 1, 2, and 3 trauma centers, plus outpatient surgical centers. Broad spectrum including high acuity trauma, OB, major spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI.
• Regional Anesthesia Focus: Emphasize blocks and techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
• Balanced Practice: Mix of supervision and independent anesthesia care.
• Minimal Call: Supported by established nocturnists, with occasional home call (45-min callback).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly Competitive Annual Salary: $441,000 - $490,000 (plus potential quality/productivity bonus).

Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
• Active CO License (or willingness to obtain).
• Clean malpractice (preferred).
